Associate Community Partner

Self Care Catalysts is a patient solutions, intelligence, and analytics company deriving value from patient-centered real world evidence to inform product lifecycle management and behavior change interventions.

We’re looking for a passionate, outgoing Associate Community Partner with digital marketing experience to share our story and grow our reach, so that ultimately patients are empowered to share their stories and data to transform healthcare innovation.

We want you to help us build out community’s follower base and drive user growth through genuine, thoughtful, and compelling conversation. You’ll integrate your community outreach efforts with PR, content, and SEO campaigns, to shape our online presence across social channels.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE TO:

  • Grow the size of our community through outreach efforts to key influencers in health-related communities, to increase awareness and usage of our product
  • Deepen engagement by sending targeted communications (email, in-apps, push notifications, and campaigns triggered by time or behavior) to our audiences
  • Develop compelling content (copywriting and other forms of digital media) to engage with audiences and ensure consistent interaction
  • Measure and report your success in qualitative and quantitative ways
  • Ultimately, drive traffic to our product and content, and boost ongoing SEO efforts through outreach and engagement

WE EXPECT TO SEE:

  •  At least 2 year’s experience in an outreach role (e.g., community management, social media, digital marketing) preferably in healthcare or a related discipline, but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of building engagement and audience size using online and offline channels: email, events, traditional social channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more)
  • Ability to work with bloggers and influencers, pitching stories and/or conducting targeted outreach to patients
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills—you have a way with words and a persuasive voice
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive, flexible and adaptive to testing and learning
  • Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple tasks, pay close attention to details, and maintain lots of disparate conversations over time
  • Strong social media presence and comfort engaging on health care topics
  • Familiarity with digital design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other design tools)

Senior Product Lead - Consumer Digital Health

Self Care Catalysts is a patient solutions, behavior data, intelligence and analytics company. We map human health behavior to generate real world evidence, in real world, real time that will inform decisions to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Our mission is to promote self-care behaviors among patients, while enabling patients to contribute their behavioral data to support important research across the product lifecycle, such as drug discovery, precision medicine, and development of support services and programs that are specific to the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This position will provide leadership, strategic direction and implementation in understanding customer needs, development, building, generation of revenue, P&L for consumer and patient health product solutions. This position requires ability to manage multiple products and projects, strategic thinking capabilities, speed from ideation to action, willingness to work beyond core hours, strong analytical and data mining capabilities. Ability to understand concerns, speak and build relationships with healthcare consumers, patients. Key responsibilities and accountabilities are:

  • Understanding unmet needs, gaps and problems of consumer health/patient/patient advocacy group in diagnosis, managing their disease, treatment and post treatment experiences through various research approaches
  • Generation of patient journey intelligence and insights in multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Neurosciences and Rare conditions
  • Generation, planning and implementation of ideas, concepts, features that will drive enhancement and development of products, tools and digital and analog solutions that will drive patient acquisition, relationship building, engagement and retention
  • Working with various external and internal resources to build the following products: Self Care MVMT and Health Storylines
  • Collaborate and build relationships with external patient, caregiver, healthcare professional communities
  • Provide leadership in product development and enhancements through collaboration with health consumers, patients, communities and internal resources such as research operations, product development, engineering and data science teams.
  • Run business reviews, consumer health and patient interaction, develop product strategies and plan
  • Ensure achievement of and patient, data and revenue performance targets
  • Experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments
  • Some travel required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 4 years experience in product management, product development, market research, commercial marketing, community building, digital health, social media marketing in consumer health and digital health industries
  • Education and Advance degrees in Business, Medical, Social Sciences, MBA, MA, MSc , PhD Preferred

Senior Product Lead – Healthcare Analytics

  • Understanding unmet needs, gaps and problems of enterprise customers (HCPs, Pharma, Payers, Healthcare Systems)  in product life cycle management from research, drug development, clinical trials, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, pharmacovigilance up to commercial
  • Understanding of Real World Evidence (RWE) solutions, data, intelligence, analytics and insights needs in multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Neurosciences and Rare conditions
  • Generation, planning and implementation of ideas, concepts, features that will drive enhancement and development of products, tools and digital and analog solutions that will drive patient recruitment, engagement, data collection, integration, analytics and insights
  • Working with various external and internal resources to build the following products: Provider Storylines and Patient Storylines
  • Collaborate and build relationships with external solutions collaborators such as healthcare systems, CRO partners, data resource partners, Patient Support Program delivery channels, Clinical Trial Networks, Clinical Trial Sponsors, EMR/EHR providers, etc.
  • Provide leadership in product development and enhancements through collaboration with external and internal resources such as research operations, product development, engineering and data science teams.
  • Run business reviews, enterprise customer interaction sessions, develop product strategies and plans
  • Ensure achievement of data source, inputs and output and revenue performance targets
  • Some travel required
